After I bought the AQ Cobalt DAC stick, I replace my current Tower Audio Cable 3.5 mm with the Big Sur audio cable to complete the upgrade of my desktop audio system. Although the Big Sur cable costs about 3 times the Tower cost, the improvement in sound is so tremendous that I feel it is worth it. The window of the presentation becomes much clearer, transparent with lifelike vocals, and more natural and realistic instrumental sound. The sound becomes louder, bringing the performers about a few feet closer to the listener, thus throwing a larger sound stage and much more pinpoint imaging. I have been listening to my desktop system which composes of a 2017 MacBook Pro, an Alec Lansing desktop speaker system with 2 satellites and a mini subwoofer all day long since adding the Big Sur audio cable, neglecting my home audio system. Highly recommended although cost is a consideration since the audio cable costs almost as much as the Cobalt DAC stick which was on sale for over 45% off list price.
