/the handle that raises and lowers the seat was broken when I opened the package.Also, there were only images of the parts and NO directions on how to put together.For example, there was a drawing that showed the caster went on one of the legsbut no direction on how to get the caster to attach... I could not push hard enough anddid not want to break the caster by hammering it on. It is daunting to figure it out whenyou have never put something like this together. Please email me the directions. AndI hope I can find something to make a handle to raise and lower the seat. I opened thepackage after the return date... Trying to make it work for my use given that I can't return it.
