Can't say enough about the jack unit.. it works great lifting all my car wheels and even my boat trailer without strain. It's even low enough to fit under mi BMW i3 Electric Vehicle.. which is a pretty low riding car.The impact gun had some issues out of the box:1) The T/L trigger switch was mounted upside down in the handle so the letters T(tighten) and L(loosen) were upside down when viewing it, but worse off.. it actually functioned backwards too!Pressing "L" tightened the lug nuts and pressing "T" loosened them. I had to take the unit apart (5 screws IIRC) and reverse the power leads (simple push-on spade connectors) at the electric motor inside the gun. Once that was done, I reversed the T/L trigger switch orientation to read correctly and now "T" = Tighten and "L" = Loosen as intended.2) On first use.. I blew the fuse in the cig. lighter adapter... probably because of the condition I reported above. I thought I was loosening lugs but the gun was super tightening them which resulted in an overload condition. Thankfully the manufacturer supplied a spare fuse w/the unit and once I corrected the reversed rotation situation the fuse hasn't blown since.My only advice to new users is.. familiarize yourself with the unit, place it under your car to see where it actually fits before you need it on some dark roadside, and use both the jack and impact gun to be sure both work and to be sure T=Tighten and L=Loosen.Although the Car Jack Pump is very convenient and the performance is also very satisfactory, . However, the Impact Wrench is useless because its power is so weak that it can't loosen a single tire bolt.So I want to return only Impact Wrench.If possible, please tell me how, if not possible, I want to return everything and buy only the Car Jack Pump. ThanksThe impact wrench is garbage, plain and simple, the jack works amazing. Will returned it because of thatThis drill tool is not strong enough to take off the lug nuts. Even used wd40 and still not able to do it. I tried it on 4 cars and still nothing. I am asking for a refund.I bought it primarily for my cargo trailer. The axel rides pretty low and this jack could be a little smaller in height. I'm not sure if will work if I have a flat tire. I have other jacks. It does lift a loaded trailer ok.I have been try it few times already. Every thing inside the chest, they are easy to use and simple. You can put it in your vehicle as emergency. What I very excited about it, it is I don’t need to call someone to help me change tires. If you can use it well, all those tools can been use in different ways.
