When I was a girl in the 1950s and television was viewed in black and white, I remember watching this man in a jumpsuit and ballet slippers exercising with a chair. I was mesmerized. Although keeping up with him then was difficult (and is still difficult today), he instilled a sense of fun into what my Phys. Ed. teachers had turned into a boring chore. If only I had listened to Jack then, I wouldn't be playing catch up today in my old age. He was ahead of his time and this video is one of the better ones for those of us still doing steps.
