Arrived so quickly and was carefully packaged so as not to ruin the leather when using scissors as a boxcutter to open the package. Very pleased with my purchase and looking forward to rocking this with many fall outfits for business & for pleasure!My wife loves her Jack Georges and gets compliments in every airport around the US!I love my bag is prefect for works. Well made durable and many compliments.High quality bag.It's such a shame that Jack Georges' "lifetime warranty" is no such thing. I loved the products (I have three), but when I sent back my Milano tote to be repaired, the company told me some of the repairs could not be completed because the color was discontinued. They offered me a discount on a new tote--but that's not a lifetime warranty. It's not my fault the color's not being manufactured anymore. If you can't make the repairs, you need to replace the product--not offer the customer a discount on something they now know you don't truly stand behind. At this price point, I expected better.I bought this bag for an interview because I thought it had "the look" I needed for the position. I'm not a big handbag person, and I felt foolish for spending so much. It was worth every penny. This was my go-to bag for five years. I used it every day, carried my laptop in it, stuffed it to the gills, and then shoved it under an airplane seat twice a week. I cannot even explain how amazing this bag is. After five years of constant abuse it had barely a scratch on it. Far far outlasted my coach bags. Handles never showed wear. It lasted so well that I was dumbstruck when I realized how old it was. Sadly this bag finally bit the dust when my toddler filled it with grapes and I didn't notice. It is not, apparently, resistant to decaying fruit. But if your needs are normal, I couldn't recommend this moreMy husband gave me this tote as a gift. I have used it for work every week day for 3 years now and let me say I'm not careful or kind to the bag…I just live my day... it looks brand new, I get compliments on it constantly! The quality of the tote is amazing and well worth the money. It's roomy but not bulky. A classy bag to say the least. You won't be disappointed with this purchase at all. I feel like this tote will last me years and years. Thank you Jack Georges!
