These are definitely very pretty. However they are not comfortable as the name suggests. The piece between your toes is so hard it hurts instantly. And the sole, which looks like it should be comfortable, is very hard. I can only wear these for a short walk from the car to the restaurant.Also, it was recommended to size up in these so I did. I found that to be be totally unnecessary—they fit true to size.I was so excited to see these, but they really weren’t comfortable and ran small/narrow so I had to return. Maybe more comfortable than the original which are like walking on wooden boards, but still not a “comfort sandal”.Long time Jacks lover, and these are great. I sized up half a size, which I typically do with Jacks (everything except jellies). My pinky toes do sit a little odd on the edge of the shoe, it doesn't look strange it just feels a little different. I wore them while cooking dinner and the leather is starting to stretch to fit my high arch. They are not as comfortable as birks, I didn't expect them to be. They are as comfortable out of the box as my really broken-in jacks from a decade ago. I am very happy with them. Not my shoes for Disney World but perfect for functions where I need dressy sandals and want to be comfortable.Comfortable for perfectReceived flip flop and could obviously tell it had been worn before. Not to happyI’ve been a Jack Rogers lover for over 10 years and have put up with the excruciating heel pain that the classic, hard heeled sandals bring. I never understood why they designed them to be so uncomfortable, but...they’re just so cute! ? I was SO excited to see the comfort line come out so I can actually make it through a day of teaching without my feet screaming or sacrificing style. Like the classic Jacks, they do take a little breaking in. I wore mine around the house for a few hours for a couple of days and they were totally broken in and comfy! Will be buying more for sure! Hope they come out with more colors!Next time I will buy 1/2 size smaller because my feet are narrowWas really hoping these were comfortable as all of my Jack Rogers sandals last forever but they weren’t for me. Had to return them.
