These mint JR’s are stamped a size 6 but are 3/4-inch bigger than the 5.5 Jack’s in the same style. As for the fit- they run narrow and would definitely fit a size 6.5 - 7 shoe. See pictures. The one uploaded pics shows the comparison between a 5.5 & 6 side by side. One picture is the 5.5 upside down (platinum/soft gold color) to show it’s measurement so that you can compare them.
