So I tried on the regular width in store locally. Decided that a wider shoe would be better so ordered this one. I have to say .... I saw no real difference between the shoes. I think they used the same top pieces for both ... maybe just used a slightly .... slightly wider leather sole. The problem for me was the top. this was so tight I could not get it fully on my foot. I know the leather was soft and would stretch (my daughter has worn these for years) but ... there is no way it would stretch enough to accommodate the room I needed. Unfortunately had to return.
